All car seats are guaranteed for a period of time specified by the manufacturer, usually 24 months. Should your product fail during this time due to a manufacturer's fault, I will arrange for it to be collected, inspected and either repaired or replaced free of charge. Faults which have developed due to mis-use, wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. Should you wish to return an item for a non-warranty repair, you will be liable for the cost of the repair and postage. Please contact me with details of the fault before returning an item.
