Axkid support the Swedish Breast Cancer Association!

As a tribute to all fighting mothers, daughters, sisters and grandmothers, we have created Blossom Rose to raise awareness about breast cancer.

This October we support the Swedish Breast Cancer Association and sponsor Pink October, a crucial initiative dedicated to raising awareness and supporting research regarding breast cancer. Together, we can help drive change and contribute to the fight against breast cancer.  

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among women, affecting nearly 8,000 women and 60 men in Sweden each year. Thanks to early detection and improved treatments more people survive. Today, 9 out of 10 women overcome their breast cancer – a testament to the incredible advances in research. Although these numbers give us hope, we know there’s still more work to be done. 

We know that research requires funding – we have conducted research in child safety for over 15 years. And now, thanks to everyone who has ever bought an Axkid, we are able to give back. To celebrate this wonderful initiative Axkid will donate 50,000 SEK to The Swedish Breast Cancer Association to help raise awareness and fund vital research to improve breast cancer outcomes.

It is called Blossom Rose, and we hope that you will like it. The Blossom Rose seats maintain the exceptional safety and comfort standards you would expect from an Axkid car seat. Whether you choose Minikid 4 or Movekid, each seat supports extended rear facing travel, ensuring your child’s safety and comfort up to approximately seven years old. 

These seats rear face from 61-125cm and have passed the Swedish Plus Test.

The Minikid 4 offers extended rear facing for children up to seven years (up to 36kg), combining a compact yet comfortable design with ample legroom and self adjusting headrest height. Effortless installation thanks to its self tightening tether straps.

The Movekid is built on the same safety and design principles as the Minikid 4 providing a comfortable and compact seat. It is easy to install and features a comfortable padding and textiles for your child.
